Every Gold Label Au order is dispatched with the care and discretion that our clientele deserves. All parcels are fully insured to their declared retail value and require a signature upon delivery. We partner exclusively with premium courier services to ensure your pieces arrive in impeccable condition.

All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to customs processing.

Packaging

Each piece departs our studio sealed within our signature dark velvet box, secured with a hand-tied ribbon and our embossed wax seal. The outer parcel is discreet and unmarked, revealing no indication of the contents to protect your privacy. All shipments are fully insured from dispatch to doorstep, and a tracking number will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is collected by our courier partner.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Gold Label Au purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

How to Return

Step 01

Contact Our Team

Email us at returns@goldlabelau.com or visit our contact page within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Step 02

Receive Your Prepaid Label

Our team will review your request and, if approved, send a prepaid insured return label within 1–2 business days. Australian returns are complimentary; a handling fee of $35 applies to international returns.

Step 03

Package Securely

Place your item back into the original velvet box, include all certificates and documentation, and pack within a sturdy outer box. Attach the prepaid label and drop off at any authorised courier location provided in your return instructions.

Step 04

Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.

Exchanges

We are happy to assist with size exchanges on eligible items. Please contact our client care team to confirm availability before initiating an exchange. Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns and are subject to stock availability. If your preferred size or variant is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
