Products & Pricing
All prices displayed on the Gold Label Au website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate; however, colours and details may vary slightly due to photography lighting and screen calibration. Product images are representative of the style and quality of each piece — minor variations in natural materials such as stone and leather are inherent and not considered defects.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system fault, we will notify you prior to dispatch and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.
Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us, at which point a contract is formed. We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed through our secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, pricing errors, or inability to verify payment. If your order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Shipping & Delivery
Details of our shipping methods, timeframes, and costs are set out in our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery to the nominated address. Gold Label Au is not liable for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
Our returns and refund policy is set out in full on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these Terms. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in unworn, original condition. Custom and bespoke commissions are non-returnable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Authenticity & Warranties
All Gold Label Au products are genuine and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. Each piece is covered by a 12-month manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover:
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches on metal and leather
- Damage resulting from unauthorised repair or modification
- Loss or theft of the item
To make a warranty claim, please contact our client care team with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange assessment and, where a valid claim is confirmed, repair or replace the item at our discretion at no cost to you.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Gold Label Au website — including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and design elements — is the exclusive property of Gold Label Au or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Gold Label Au's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
