Gold Label Au uses the Australian ring sizing system. If you are unsure of your size, we recommend measuring at the end of the day when fingers are at their largest. The table below provides conversions to US sizes and precise measurements to help you find your perfect fit.

How to Measure Your Ring Size
Step 01
Cut a Strip of Paper
Cut a thin strip of paper approximately 10mm wide and 10cm long. Alternatively, use a length of thin string or a strip of dental floss.
Step 02
Wrap Around Your Finger
Wrap the strip snugly around the base of the finger you intend to wear the ring on. Ensure the fit is comfortable — not too tight, not too loose.
Step 03
Mark Where the Ends Meet
Use a fine pen to mark the point where the strip overlaps or the string meets. This mark indicates your finger's circumference.
Step 04
Measure in Millimetres and Compare
Lay the strip flat and measure from the end to your mark in millimetres. Use the Circumference column in the table above to find your corresponding AU ring size.

Bracelet & Bangle Sizes
Measure your wrist circumference with a soft tape measure or string, sitting just above the wrist bone. For a comfortable bangle fit, add approximately 1–2cm to your wrist measurement.
